We’re now looking for a Partnerships & PR Executive to help build cultural relevance, grow brand visibility and connect meaningfully with Gen Z audiences across key markets.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Commercial and based in Rozelle, this role plays a key part in shaping how Modibodi shows up in culture. You’ll drive impactful partnerships, PR activity and brand activations that strengthen credibility, spark conversation and elevate our position as a leading lifestyle brand. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll bring ideas to life from concept through to execution in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

What You Will Do:
  • Identify, develop and manage strategic brand partnerships and collaborations that align with Modibodi’s values, positioning and audience

  • Execute partnerships end‑to‑end, from ideation and negotiation through to launch and evaluation

  • Manage PR agency relationships and build strong connections with media across key markets

  • Secure high‑quality earned media coverage and develop compelling press releases and media materials

  • Plan and deliver brand events, launches and activations, ensuring cultural relevance and strong execution

  • Support in‑market activity across Australia, the UK and Europe

  • Manage creator and influencer seeding programs, including identification, engagement and performance tracking

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, social, ecommerce, product and sales teams to support campaigns and key brand moments

  • Track performance, measure impact and share insights to inform future brand and marketing strategies

Who You Are:

You’re a relationship‑driven and culturally curious marketer who thrives on building connections and bringing creative ideas to life. You bring:

  • 3-5 years’ Experience in PR, partnerships and/or influencer marketing, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or youth‑focused brands

  • A strong network across media, creators or cultural platforms

  • Proven ability to deliver campaigns or partnerships from concept to completion

  • A deep understanding of Gen Z culture, trends and what resonates

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

  • A proactive mindset with commercial awareness and a results‑focused approach

Experience working across UK or EU markets, managing PR agencies, or supporting events and experiential marketing will be highly regarded.
