About the Role:
At CrowdStrike, we stop breaches and empower organizations to stay ahead of adversaries. Following the recent acquisition of Seraphic, that mission has expanded to cover where the modern workforce spend the majority of their time: the browser. CrowdStrike Falcon Secure Access (Seraphic) is enabling customers to secure the front door to SaaS applications, AI tools, messaging, collaboration, and more.
This is why we are looking for the best of the best – trailblazers who have helped to not only create product categories before, but proven the ability to successfully navigate uncharted waters and learn and educate customers, team members, and communities effectively and at scale. The Falcon Secure Access Specialist Team enhances CrowdStrike’s ability to grow, position, sell, and maintain business securing the browser across all geographic sales theaters.
As a Sales Engineer specializing in enterprise browser security, you will act as the technical expert and strategic advisor for Crowdstrike’s browser security solution, Falcon Secure Access. Collaborating with the sales team, you will design and demonstrate solutions tailored to mitigate browser vulnerabilities, prevent data leakage, and enforce zero-trust policies. You will engage directly with enterprise customers to understand their unique security challenges and showcase how Crowdstrike’s technology provides seamless protection across diverse environments, including BYOD, hybrid workforces, and unmanaged devices. This role requires an in-depth understanding of browser security and the ability to communicate technical value propositions effectively.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver engaging technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) projects to prospects.
Provide expertise in Crowdstrike’s browser security platform, explaining features, benefits, and deployment processes.
Partner with the sales team to identify customer requirements and craft tailored solutions leveraging Crowdstrike’s products.
Assist with RFP/RFI responses and develop technical proposals that align with customer needs.
Serve as the primary technical liaison between the customer, sales, and product teams.
Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges during pre-sales and deployment processes.
Gather customer feedback to influence product development and enhancements.
What You’ll Need:
5+ years in a pre-sales engineering role.
Experience working for a browser security solution is a plus.
Proficiency in browser security concepts (browser-based malware, phishing protection, DLP, browser exploits).
Experience with technologies such as SIEM/XDR, cloud-native platforms, ZTNA, VDI, and endpoint security.
Ability to read/understand HAR files and net-export logs is a plus.
Experience successfully communicating with and advising c-suite, senior management, and security architect-level customers/clients.
Demonstrated success selling browser security, detection and response, or cloud computing services at the C-Suite and senior management levels.
Experienced and comfortable presenting complex security and computing concepts to large audiences both virtually and in person.
