As a Partnerships Manager, you will:

  • Build, manage and deepen relationships with Premium Partners (mostly Fund Managers), ensuring exceptional service and long-term commercial growth.
  • Develop partnership strategies and plans that maximise client value across content, sponsored campaigns and advertising solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client engagement through insights, proactive recommendations, and tailored partnership initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Content, Product and Marketing teams to deliver seamless end-to-end services.
  • Analyse content and profile performance data to report on partnership outcomes, optimise future activity, and inform broader commercial strategy.

What success looks like:

Your success in this role will come from:

  • High partner satisfaction and strong Partner NPS results
  • Deepening understanding of client/partner investment strategies and products
  • Accurate, insightful client servicing and reporting delivered on time
  • Seamless, professional client experiences across all partner services
  • Operational improvements that drive scale and efficiency
  • A reputation as a reliable, proactive, and collaborative team member

What skills and attributes are we looking for?

  • A client-focused relationship manager and problem solver with strong attention to detail and a love of systems and structure.
  • A natural communicator - confident with clients, comfortable presenting, and proactive in solving problems.
  • Strong analytical skills - you enjoy diving into performance data and drawing out insights.
  • Someone comfortable using CRM and reporting tools (e.g. HubSpot, Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across teams.

Highly valued knowledge, experience and interests (bonus points!)

  • Familiarity with fundamental Marketing concepts like content strategy, advertising campaigns, and digital engagement.
  • Sound working knowledge of the investment management industry and wealth management landscape.
  • Someone with a keen interest in and knowledge of digital media, content and advertising

Why join us?

  • Be part of a high-growth company changing the way Australians invest.
  • Work closely with some of Australia's best investment professionals.
  • Access a learning and development budget to grow your skills.
  • Enjoy hybrid working arrangements with flexibility and autonomy.
  • Collaborate with a talented and passionate team who love markets as much as you do.

We’d love to hear from you - even if you don’t feel you tick all the boxes!
