The Partnerships team at monday.com is in search of a dedicated and motivated Revenue Enablement Manager to have a global impact. We are seeking an individual with a successful history in performance or partner management roles, who can provide hands-on training to partners in the APJ region.

Responsibilities encompass, yet are not restricted to, overseeing KPIs, running constant needs analysis flows with team members and partners to pinpoint deficiencies in revenue enablement, crafting partner-facing training programs for both teams and individuals, managing curriculum and material documentation, gathering feedback regarding training effectiveness, and consistently improving processes and outputs based on ongoing feedback. This position requires working closely with multiple internal stakeholders, such as Enablement, Business Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and the broader Partnerships Group.


About The Role:

  • Ideate, develop and execute end-to-end programmatic training programs/sessions that align with strategic initiatives and overall regional business goals.
  • Establish relationships with leadership in cross-departmental units to ensure an open line of communication and joined learning.
  • Convert continuous feedback into a practical implementation plan.
  • Run skills gaps analysis to identify areas of improvement in the sales representatives’ processes and mitigate future risks. 
  • Monitor Revenue objectives and results as they relate to live sessions, asynchronous learning modules, and workshop attendance. 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of AE/AM/Channel sales experience.
  • Experience in management, training and/or onboarding (preferably in B2B SaaS environment).
  • Experience with Learning Management platforms is an advantage.
  • Highly collaborative and self-motivated in meeting and exceeding deadlines and goals
  • Excels in clear communication and relationship building within the immediate team and cross-departmentally.
  • Highly independent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • English – High level is a must
  • Incredible attention to details.
  • Experience in familiar Sales and Sales Enablement tools is a huge advantage (SalesLoft, Salesforce, Guru, Articulate Rise, Showpad, Slack, Looker).
  • Experience with monday.com an advantage.
