About the Role

We're looking for a People & Culture Adviser to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional who enjoys partnering closely with senior stakeholders to support people initiatives and make a genuine impact on employee experience.

Working alongside Senior People & Culture Business Partners, you'll support our Enterprise Services team across the country, helping leaders navigate people matters, policies, employee relations, engagement initiatives, talent development, and workforce planning. In this varied role, you will:

  • Support employee engagement, retention, career development and performance initiatives.
  • Assist with remuneration reviews, talent programs, graduate recruitment activities and onboarding.
  • Contribute to change projects, diversity and inclusion initiatives, wellbeing programs and broader People & Culture priorities.
  • Work closely with Business Partners to deliver strategic people outcomes aligned to business objectives.

This role offers genuine growth opportunities, exposure to a broad range of HR disciplines, and the chance to develop your business partnering capability within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

About You

You are a confident and proactive HR professional who enjoys building relationships and partnering with stakeholders to deliver practical people solutions.

You may currently be working as an HR Coordinator, People & Culture Coordinator, or HR Adviser and are ready to take the next step in your career.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in a Human Resources or People & Culture role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence and advise at all levels.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and sound judgement.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline (desirable).
  • Experience with Workday or a similar HRIS will be highly regarded.

Most importantly, you'll be collaborative, adaptable, commercially minded and passionate about creating great experiences for employees and leaders alike.
