The Role
We’re looking for a highly operational, systems-minded People Ops professional to join our global team.
You’ll be responsible for running and improving core People Operations workflows across the company, while actively identifying opportunities to automate, streamline, and eliminate manual work.

Responsibilities
- Own and execute core People Ops processes globally: onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes.
- Identify inefficiencies and remove manual work wherever possible.
- Build and improve workflows across HRIS (Rippling), Slack, and internal tools.
- Design and implement automations and scalable processes.
- Coordinate and support audit preparation (e.g., HRIS audits, SOC2).
- Provide support for global benefits administration and employee queries.
- Respond promptly to employee queries via the shared HR inbox, prioritizing urgent and sensitive matters.
- Manage employee leave requests, ensuring they comply with company policies and maintaining accurate and up-to-date leave records.
- Monitor and support engagement and turnover tracking efforts, including data reporting and analysis.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR or People Operations role.
- Utilization of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve workflow and daily tasks.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills — you love a well-maintained tracker or system.
- A problem-solver mindset with the ability to spot inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (ideally Rippling), Airtable, and automation tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Exposure to immigration processes, audits, or global compliance work.
- Experience working in a fast-moving SaaS company or technology-driven organization.
