Why this is an exciting opportunity

At HUB24, we're seeking a Performance, Accountability & Governance Manager to establish, lead and continuously enhance the governance frameworks that underpin our accountability, remuneration and performance management obligations.
Reporting to the Head of People Experience, you will liaise with the Office of the Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) on people-related matters and provide governance oversight of APRA CPS 511, accountability frameworks and enterprise-wide performance review processes.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and enhance governance frameworks supporting FAR, APRA CPS 511, remuneration and performance management obligations.

• Lead people-related FAR governance, including accountability statements, accountability maps, prescribed responsibilities and regulatory notifications.

• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal and senior leaders to support regulatory compliance, audits, governance reviews and Board reporting.

• Deliver CPS 511 governance requirements, including remuneration governance, accountability and consequence management processes.

• Lead HUB24's performance approach, including framework review,  KPI setting, performance review process, calibration and governance of outcomes.

• Own Workday performance cycle structure and annual processes. 

What you bring

You don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.

Experience & Skills

• Experience in governance, risk, compliance, HR governance or remuneration governance within a regulated financial services environment.

• Strong knowledge of FAR, APRA CPS 511 and accountability frameworks.

• Experience establishing or uplifting governance frameworks and regulatory operating models will be highly regarded.

• Experience leading enterprise performance review processes and governance.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills.

• The ability and energy to think creatively and develop and launch best practice frameworks and work practices.
