Job Summary

This role supports Domain's Customer Media team in the execution, optimisation and measurement of digital performance campaigns for key clients across Domain-owned and partner platforms. You will be someone who loves a varied role - your day may begin with launching a new campaign, attending customer meetings and ending with reporting and optimisation across your portfolio 

Responsibilities 

  • As a Performance Specialist, your primary role will be to manage end-to-end digital campaign performance for our customers, providing key insights and improving ROI. 
  • You will work closely with internal stakeholders, providing support in optimising customer bookings to performance goals. 

  • You will share your expertise and experience on campaign management and give recommendations to drive results and ROI for the advertiser. 

  • You will be involved in exploring new platforms and testing new traffic sources to continue Domains ability to advertise in attention areas. 

  • You will play a key role in identifying key customers to nurture and ultimately increase their activity with Domain. 

Key Stakeholders

  • You will be responsible for managing and maintaining a strong relationship with a Key Account Partner and Account Coordinator aligned to your patch
  • Engage and collaborate with the Ad Tech team to help drive and facilitate change
  • Manage and protect a strong working relationship with your fellow Performance Specialists which can include covering workloads when people are on holidays or sick.
  • Being a point of contact and be available for collaboration with external parties such as marketing agencies and commercial clients

About You

  • 3+ years' experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally within a media company or agency.
  • Experience using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Google Ad Manager (DFP), DV360 (DBM), Campaign Manager (DCM) and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Understanding of ad serving, campaign trafficking, media buying and the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Experience setting up, managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of tag management systems and troubleshooting ad creatives.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, ad tags and digital advertising code.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising, analytics tools or data management platforms is highly regarded.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs and Sheets).
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Digital Media, Marketing, IT, Data Science or a related field.
  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint or Google Ad Manager certifications are highly desirable.
