Job Description

Working closely with Recruitment Consultants and workforce teams nationally, you’ll be responsible for proactively sourcing, engaging, and qualifying candidates up to shortlist stage. You’ll support critical vacancies, surge demands, and special workforce projects while ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and an excellent candidate experience.

Day to day!

  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future permanent roles
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and prepare detailed candidate profiles
  • Partner with Recruitment Consultants to understand role requirements and market conditions
  • Support shortlisting, interview coordination, and candidate communication
  • Assist with job ad drafting and optimisation
  • Maintain accurate, compliant candidate records within the ATS/CRM
  • Contribute market insights including candidate availability and salary benchmarking
  • Support workforce shortages, surge demands, and special projects nationally

Lets talk about you!

You bring strong IT skills across CRM/ATS systems, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You are proactive, resilient, commercially aware, and a strong relationship builder with a candidate-first mindset, and you ideally have experience in recruitment resourcing, talent acquisition, or healthcare recruitment.
