A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Personal Assistant reporting to the Executive General Manager. This role is a 14-Month Fixed Term Contract based in Sydney.

A bit about your role

In this role, you will play a vital part in enabling the success of senior leaders by providing thoughtful coordination and administrative support. Your work will help drive team performance and contribute to the delivery of strategic priorities across the business unit.

You will be at the heart of a dynamic and purpose-driven team, where your ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and foster smooth operations will be highly valued. From supporting meetings and managing communications, your role will be instrumental in helping the team stay focused, connected, and aligned. This is a role where your initiative and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference every day.

You are a confident and capable professional with proven experience supporting senior leaders in complex environments. You bring a calm and considered approach to managing multiple stakeholders, and you’re known for your ability to listen actively, communicate clearly, and collaborate with care. You’re digitally savvy, with strong proficiency across Microsoft Office, and enjoy finding ways to improve processes and make things run more smoothly.
