Job DescriptionStep into a pivotal role where you'll oversee all pharmaceutical operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and medication management. You'll lead a collaborative team of pharmacy professionals while maintaining regulatory compliance and driving clinical excellence across our busy private hospital environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert clinical pharmacy services and medication management
- Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering professional development
- Ensure compliance with TGA, APHRA, and hospital accreditation standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Manage inventory, budgets, and operational efficiency
- Implement innovative pharmacy practices and quality improvement initiatives
You will have
- Registration with AHPRA as a pharmacist
- Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
