North Shore Private Hospital (NSPH) is a 336-bed surgical, medical and maternity facility located on Sydney’s lower North Shore.

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Pharmacy Assistant to join our pharmacy team on a permanent full-time basis. This position is ideal for individuals who are interested in gaining experience in a healthcare and retail environment. Previous experience in pharmacy is preferred but not essential.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers with over-the-counter products and general enquiries
  • Processing sales and handling transactions accurately
  • Supporting pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with daily operations
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant work environment
  • Assisting with stock control and inventory management

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous pharmacy experience is desirable
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a busy team environment
