Job Description
This opportunity is ideal for a confident and adaptable clinician who enjoys working across a broad range of clinical areas and values variety in their day-to-day practice.
About You:
You will work within the RHP outpatient clinic, with opportunities to treat a diverse patient caseload across musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and rehabilitation presentations. You will also have the opportunity to expand your clinical skills through involvement in group programs, hydrotherapy and plastering techniques, support inpatient and participate in the inpatient weekend roster.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments.
- Delivering individual and group-based therapy programs.
- Participating in hydrotherapy sessions and rehabilitation programs.
- Assisting with inpatient ward physiotherapy services as required.
- Learning and applying plastering and casting techniques.
- Developing and implementing patient-centred treatment and discharge plans.
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent) with current AHPRA registration.
- Experience in outpatient physiotherapy and/or rehabilitation settings
- Previous experience in a hospital or rehabilitation environment will be highly regarded.
