Job Description

The Placement Officer holds a vital position within Acknowledge Education (AE), overseeing the effective coordination of student placements into meaningful and compliant learning opportunities. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and a steadfast commitment to meeting regulatory standards

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage placement demand, ensure regulatory compliance, and review student documentation.
  • Conduct one-on-one interviews to assess placement needs and match students with agencies.
  • Coordinate student interviews with placement agencies and track placement progress.
  • Confirm placements, send confirmation emails, and ensure all documents are uploaded to InPlace.
  • Assign Liaison Officers for ongoing student support and escalate placement concerns when necessary.
  • Respond to student queries and collect feedback for placement improvement.

Qualifications

About you

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in education or customer service.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with InPlace or similar placement management systems.
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance with regulatory bodies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to undergo training on new systems and technologies.
