 Role description: 

Lead the growth and development of Arcadis' PMO, Project Controls and Capital Programme Advisory capability across Australia.

Working with market sector leaders and key client accounts, the role will support the delivery of major capital programmes, provide strategic advisory services and help clients improve governance, project controls and investment decision-making. The position combines client leadership, business development and technical excellence, whilst building capability across the region.

Role accountabilities:

Client & Market Leadership

  • Develop trusted relationships with strategic clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Support the growth of PMO, Project Controls and Advisory services across Australia
  • Contribute to key pursuits, bids and account development activities.
  • Represent Arcadis through thought leadership and client engagement.

Programme & Advisory Delivery

  • Provide leadership and oversight on major programmes, PMOs and strategic advisory commissions.
  • Support clients in establishing effective governance, reporting and project controls frameworks.
  • Deliver advice relating to capital planning, programme governance, delivery assurance and business transformation.
  • Promote consistent delivery standards and best practice across Australia.

Capability Development

  • Build and develop PMO, programme management and project controls capability across Australia.
  • Mentor and support team development.
  • Promote the use of digital, data and analytics solutions to improve client outcomes.
  • Leverage existing relationships to foster greater collaboration across markets, sectors and geographies. 
Qualifications & Experience: 
  • Significant experience leading PMO, project controls, programme management or advisory services.
  • Experience delivering complex capital programmes and organisational transformation initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
  • Commercial awareness with experience supporting business growth and client development.
  • Ability to operate effectively across multiple sectors, teams and geographies.
