About the role
The Mobility Portfolio Enablement Senior Specialist plays an important role in supporting the strategic direction of Telstra Enterprise's Mobility portfolio.

You'll work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Technology and Strategy teams to translate customer and market insights into meaningful portfolio priorities. Through strong stakeholder engagement, commercial thinking and a customer-first mindset, you'll help guide portfolio planning, support innovation initiatives and ensure Mobility capabilities continue to meet the evolving needs of enterprise customers.

What you'll be doingSupport strategic portfolio planning
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Telstra Enterprise's Mobility portfolio strategy by bringing together customer, market and industry insights.

  • Maintain a prioritised 12–24 month portfolio roadmap aligned with strategic business objectives.

  • Identify emerging technologies, market trends and competitive opportunities that influence future portfolio direction.

  • Ensure strategic initiatives are clearly linked to measurable customer and business outcomes.

Enable portfolio alignment
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Strategy and Technology teams to align priorities across the Mobility portfolio.

  • Coordinate portfolio planning activities, governance forums and cross-functional engagement.

  • Contribute to portfolio reporting and performance measures that support strategic decision-making.

  • Foster collaboration across stakeholder groups to enable successful portfolio delivery.

Champion customer and market insights
  • Engage with customers, partners and internal stakeholders to understand evolving business requirements.

  • Translate customer feedback, analyst research and market intelligence into strategic recommendations.

  • Ensure customer priorities remain central to future Mobility portfolio decisions.

Drive innovation
  • Explore emerging mobility technologies, industry developments and partnership opportunities.

  • Support innovation initiatives, proof-of-concepts, demonstrations and trials.

  • Contribute to the development of future Mobility propositions and strategic growth opportunities.

Support executive decision-making
  • Prepare executive briefings, portfolio recommendations and strategic analysis.

  • Provide evidence-based insights that support investment and portfolio planning decisions.

  • Maintain visibility of Mobility portfolio priorities, roadmap progress and strategic direction.

About you

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience supporting portfolio strategy, commercial planning or business transformation within a complex organisation.

  • Strong commercial and analytical capability, with the ability to evaluate opportunities and support strategic investment decisions.

  • Experience interpreting customer, market and industry insights to influence business direction.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to build alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, Technology and Strategy teams.

  • Strong communication skills, with experience preparing executive presentations, recommendations and strategic papers.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes within a matrix environment.

  • A customer-centric mindset and passion for innovation, continuous improvement and strategic thinking.

Ideally, you'll also have experience in
  • Telecommunications, enterprise technology or managed services environments.

  • Mobility technologies including 5G, IoT, Vehicle as a Node, mobile connectivity or end-user computing solutions.

  • Emerging technologies that are shaping the future of enterprise mobility.

  • Business modelling, financial analysis and portfolio performance reporting.

  • Using data and market insights to support strategic planning and portfolio investment decisions.
