Owns Telstra’s Cloud AI Infrastructure Services strategy, roadmap, operating model, product portfolio, and lifecycle. Leads infrastructure-as-a-service across GPUs, accelerators, cloud and self-hosted platforms, storage, networking, model serving, telemetry, and token capacity. Ensures secure, sovereign, resilient, observable, cost-effective operations with strong developer experience and governance. Oversees workload placement, service reliability, supplier strategy, capacity planning, tool convergence, and risk management while leading a multidisciplinary technology, engineering, and product organization.
