Provide first‑level technical support for enterprise video conferencing systems, troubleshoot hardware/software/network/audio/video issues, manage incidents and service requests, liaise with technical teams, maintain records, and contribute to continuous improvement for a federal government VTC environment.

Accountable contract owner for a portfolio of third‑party partner agreements: onboard partners, monitor and enforce obligations, manage renewals/exits, support restructures and operating model changes, mitigate third‑party risk, maintain contract records, and partner with Sales, Legal, Procurement and Risk to enable compliant partner‑led sales.

Operate and improve Telstra's RICOM (Archer GRC) platform as the senior SME: own day-to-day operations, configuration, support (L1/L2), testing and releases, backlog and roadmap, stakeholder governance, integrations/APIs, and capability-building to reduce vendor dependence and improve data quality and user experience.
