Supports Telstra Enterprise’s Mobility portfolio strategy through roadmap planning, market and customer insight analysis, cross-functional alignment, innovation initiatives, portfolio reporting, and executive decision support. The role partners with Product, Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Strategy teams to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and guide future enterprise mobility propositions.

Leads end-to-end development of scalable backend services, APIs, microservices, and event-driven solutions. Translates customer and business needs into secure, reliable technical solutions; contributes to architecture, production support, performance improvement, and continuous delivery. Collaborates with Product, Architecture, Security, and Platform teams while mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction. The role emphasizes cloud-native development, automated testing, observability, CI/CD, and modern AI-assisted engineering practices.

Develop and maintain scalable native iOS applications using Swift and modern Apple frameworks. Own features across the software lifecycle, contribute to architecture and technical planning, champion testing, security, accessibility, performance, and production reliability. Collaborate with Product, Design, Security, Quality Engineering, and Operations stakeholders. Lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and improve engineering standards across Agile and CI/CD delivery environments.
