Two-year telecommunications traineeship combining structured training with hands-on field experience. The trainee will help construct, operate, maintain, install, test, and fault-find telecommunications equipment and network infrastructure while developing skills across transmission, data and IP, core, radio, and mobile technologies. The role includes mentoring, nationally recognized telecommunications qualifications, safety responsibilities, and practical experience supporting Telstra’s network.

Leads engineering excellence and continuous compliance across a cybersecurity technology landscape. Defines security engineering standards, baselines, maturity measures, lifecycle practices, reusable patterns, and resilience guidance. Translates assurance findings and compliance obligations into prioritized remediation, drives DevSecOps adoption, and influences engineering, operations, automation, resilience, and delivery teams to implement measurable improvements.

Leads end-to-end solution architecture across network, OSS, and BSS environments. Designs API-first, microservices, event-driven, secure, scalable, and resilient solutions; guides implementation, testing, production readiness, legacy modernization, and cloud migration. Collaborates with engineering, security, delivery, product, and architecture stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks, governance, and technical trade-offs throughout the solution lifecycle.
