As a Portfolio Manager reporting to the Tribe Lead for Digital & Assisted Channels, you’ll play a pivotal role in steering strategic change across the Digital Tribe. You’ll partner closely with the Tribe Lead on tribe‑wide matters spanning strategy, operations, digital initiatives and people‑focused priorities.

You’ll be the Tribe Lead’s key finance and investment partner—overseeing both the BAU (run) budget and the change portfolio, working hand‑in‑hand with Finance, Technology project leads and the Transformation Office to ensure smart, impactful investment decisions.You’ll also lead major tribewide initiatives, bringing structure, governance and momentum to ensure outcomes are delivered successfully

What you’ll do …

  • Act as a trusted partner to the Tribe Lead across strategy, operations and people topics, supporting prioritization, planning, governance, reporting and risk management.

  • Help drive a highengagement, highperformance culture in partnership with HR and tribe leadership.

  • Lead endtoend financial and investment management for the tribe, including run and change spend, budgeting, forecasting, investment governance and benefits tracking.

  • Support business cases, tradeoff decisions and transparent cost reporting.

  • Provide senior project leadership for major tribewide initiatives, ensuring clear sequencing, strong stakeholder alignment and active management of risks and dependencies.

  • Drive delivery discipline, crosstribe alignment and continuous improvement of delivery practices.
     

What we’re looking for….

  • 7+ years’ experience in delivery governance, Agile execution and project/portfolio management in complex environments; banking experience is highly regarded.

  • Proven ability to balance business management, finance partnering and leadership of tribewide initiatives simultaneously.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels and functions.

  • Strong collaboration skills with experience navigating matrixed, crossfunctional environments.

  • Excellent communication, peoplecentric mindset and problemsolving skills, with a passion for continuous improvement and customerfocused delivery.
