The Role

Champion our Family & Estates product suite across the legal sector. You’ll be the subject matter expert, supporting client onboarding, training and adoption while identifying opportunities to grow usage and value. Working closely with Sales, Client Relationship Managers and Product teams, you’ll translate complex workflows into practical digital solutions that drive strong adoption and sustainable revenue growth.


About you

You are a motivated, client-focused sales professional with a consultative approach and a strong interest in how products and workflows operate. Naturally curious and a confident communicator, you enjoy translating complex concepts into practical solutions that deliver real value for clients.


You may come from legal practice, legal technology, client success or another consultative, client-facing role, and are keen to build deep product expertise while contributing commercially in a value-led way. You build credibility quickly, communicate clearly across all levels, and are comfortable working autonomously and travelling to support and grow client relationships.


Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Product Leadership & Enablement
  • Serve as Family & Estates product specialist across the business.
  • Deliver demos, workflow consultations, and tailored education.
  • Support onboarding, implementation, and best-practice adoption.
  • Keep teams and clients informed of industry and regulatory updates.

Client Growth & Commercial Impact

  • Identify and develop new client opportunities in Family & Estates.
  • Drive product adoption and workflow utilisation in existing accounts.
  • Partner with Sales and CRM to create growth strategies.
  • Contribute to revenue and KPI targets through value-driven engagement.
  • Build long-term, trusted client relationships with practical implementation support.


Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • A knowledge in Family/Estates Law and/or prior experience in Legal industry
  • A desire to develop your career and learn from and be mentored by experienced industry professionals.
  • Excellent presentation, phone manner and communication skills (must).
  • Exceptional grammar and writing skills (must).
  • Great team player, a passion and desire to make a difference.
  • Proactive initiative and ability to work autonomously.
  • Tertiary education.
  • Unrestricted Driver’s License
