What You'll Do
- Architect and oversee highly scalable, secure systems that power our financial solutions.
- Build and optimize AWS infrastructure, strengthen security posture, and implement robust disaster recovery strategies.
- Champion Infrastructure-as-Code and secure networking practices.
- Administer Linux and Windows servers for peak performance.
- Lead incident management, ensuring rapid resolution and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with multiple development teams to enhance reliability and quality.
- Explore and integrate emerging technologies, especially AI, to drive innovation.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Technical Expertise:
- Deep experience with AWS architecture and services.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows administration, networking, and security.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their enterprise applications.
- Core Competencies:
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions at scale.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and leadership ability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure roles.
- Demonstrated success in designing and managing large-scale, secure cloud environments.
- AI knowledge is a big plus.
