Core responsibilities:

  • Interpreting Colour Print & Runway Trends
  • • Present print and colour trends to Managing Director Sussan, Sleepwear Buying Manager
  • and Buying team
  • • Identify the key print trends for Sussan – understanding the customer profile
  • • Assist in setting print direction for the season in conjunction with Sleepwear Buying
  • Manager.
  • • Assist in identifying Key Runway Trends / Designers that will influence the season.
  • • Print trends in line with customers & market direction
  • Delivering Artwork
  • • Create innovative original prints and patterns to support, briefed by the Sleepwear Buying Manager
  • • Attend seasonal and monthly concept presentations (virtual).
  • • Work with external print artwork to create original monthly print stories aligned to range
  • direction.
  • • Support the Buyers by updating and refreshing prints and patterns as designs evolve post
  • workshops and CEO range reviews.
  • • Ensure all artwork is delivered within critical path timelines.
  • • Identify opportunities for improvement in the print offer.
  • • After ranging process initiate and liaise with relevant Buyers to take briefs on further print
  • requirements.
  • • Assist Managing Director Sussan / Sleepwear Buying Manager in the development of
  • monthly print direction
  • •Effectively and timely delivery of artwork
  • • Effective planning of all projects
  • • Improvement opportunities identified with the print offer
  • Management of Print Resources
  • • Create and maintain a digitalised print resource library for the department including
  • ideas for future prints and stripes and begin to build a library of finished artwork.
  • • Effectively manage all administration associated with print artworks
  • • Maintain organization and classification systems of bought print headers and colour
  • swatches for easy access by all team members
  • • Manage the print and colour sample library organisation as purchased.
  • • All print resources managed effectively
  • • Effective and timely delivery of all print artwork
  • • Quality and originality of designs.
