This is a unique opportunity to join as a foundational team member and lead the product analytics for the CRM Campaigns product - one of the company’s newest and most exciting offerings - designed to become the ultimate intelligent, multi-channel nurturing platform for marketers.

As a Product Analyst, you’ll play a key role in analyzing, optimizing and accelerating, accelerating the product strategy, strengthening the analytics approach and delivering insights that shape the product’s future. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers and designers to solve high-impact, ambiguous problems, and influence the product’s roadmap through clear, actionable insights..

Please note this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our London office (Fitzrovia).

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar data analyst role
  • Proficiency level of SQL - must
  • You are a great storyteller and communicator and can build fruitful relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • You are capable of tackling ambiguous problems and challenges
  • You have a passion for making sense of user behavior, using any available methods and a dedicated advocate of a user-centered approach in product development
  • You have proven experience defining and validating product metrics. 
  • You have the technical skills to perform advanced analytics with large datasets with technologies such as Python, Pandas, SQL
  • You have a strong statistical background and deep understanding of experimentations.
