Join our Go-To-Market team at Equifax as a Product Associate on an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract in our Identity & Fraud Digital Services team, based in our Brisbane or Sydney office. This is a business-critical early-career role focused on supporting our industry-leading Fraud and Identity products and customers.
 

You'll be focused on providing operational business continuity, delivering exceptional customer support, and leading the coordination of a full calendar year of industry engagement events for our flagship product, FraudCheck.

As part of the team, you'll work closely with the Senior Product Manager, Fraud Solutions, to drive growth and enhance Equifax's fraud prevention offerings.

What you’ll do:

  • Product Event Management: Lead the comprehensive planning and execution of events, including forums, committee meetings, roundtables, and monthly webinars

    • This includes managing client invitations, tracking attendance, coordinating speakers, assisting with content development, and managing logistics like venue and catering for half-yearly full-day customer conferences

    • Provide logistical and administrative support for other cross-portfolio events as required.
       

  • Product Operations Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer product and subject matter inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses

    • Conduct comprehensive reporting and analytics on product performance and client engagement, providing actionable insights

    • Prepare and distribute clear and concise communications, including monthly newsletters, to both internal and external stakeholders
       

  • Portfolio Support: Provide support to the wider product teams on ad-hoc requests, prioritising tasks based on capacity and business needs

    • Perform data analysis, generate reports, and fulfill internal requests as required

    • Engage in ongoing product management learning and development
       

What experience you need:

  • Approximately 1+ years of corporate or enterprise experience in an analyst, operations, or customer-facing role.

  • Demonstrated willingness and ability to plan, organise, and execute events

  • Experience or exposure to data discovery or analysis

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear customer focus

  • A proactive, inquisitive approach with a willingness to take the initiative to solve problems

  • Familiarity with event management software or processes.

  • Exposure to the financial services or fraud prevention industry.
