Your new role
As a Product Designer (12‑month maximum term contract), you’ll design and deliver high-quality, user‑centred digital experiences across key member journeys. You’ll take ownership of features and projects, translating business requirements into intuitive, build‑ready solutions while working closely with Product and Engineering. With a strong focus on execution, you’ll contribute to improving design quality, consistency, and accessibility across the Fund.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own the design and delivery of features or projects within defined problem spaces
- Translate requirements and problem statements into clear, user-centred design solutions
- Produce high-quality outputs including user flows, wireframes and build-ready UI designs
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and stakeholders to deliver feasible solutions
- Apply and contribute to design systems, standards and accessibility requirements
- Conduct research, testing and iteration to continuously improve design outcomes
What you’ll need:
- Experience in product design, UX and UI within digital environments
- Strong execution skills and ability to deliver build-ready design solutions
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with Product Managers and Engineers
- Understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards and user-centred design
- Experience supporting research activities such as usability testing and concept validation
- Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
