Why this is an exciting opportunity

We’re looking for a Product Development Manager to help shape and deliver the ongoing development of HUB24’s core platform, including our adviser and investor experiences.
This is a hands-on product role where you’ll work across the full product development lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and conducting discovery through to prioritisation, delivery, launch and continuous improvement. You’ll partner closely with UX, Technology, Operations, Growth and other key stakeholders to turn customer and business needs into practical product improvements.
You’ll work across a broad mix of platform initiatives, including adviser onboarding, trading experiences, payments, portfolio functionality and other new and existing platform capabilities. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working across both customer-facing and technical products, and seeing ideas through from concept to delivery.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and evolve the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business priorities and market opportunities
  • Manage products and features across the end-to-end lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through to delivery, launch and continuous improvement
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritised backlogs
  • Work closely with Scrum and development teams across planning, refinement, delivery, UAT, issue resolution and releases
  • Partner with UX, Technology, Operations, Growth and other stakeholders to design and deliver valuable platform improvements
  • Use customer research, stakeholder feedback, usage data and market insights to guide product decisions and priorities
  • Lead complex product initiatives across both adviser and investor experiences, balancing front-end user experience with underlying platform and operational requirements
  • Clearly communicate product priorities, progress, trade-offs and outcomes across technical and non-technical stakeholders

What you bring

You don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.

Experience & Skills

  • 2-3 years experience in product management or product ownership
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, including discovery, roadmap planning, prioritisation and delivery
  • Experience working closely with technical or development teams and confidence navigating technically complex products
  • Strong customer lens, with experience using customer insights, research and data to inform product decisions
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, UAT and product issues
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and competing priorities
  • Knowledge of financial services, wealth management or investment platforms would be highly regarded
  • Experience with trading platforms, APIs or integrations would be an advantage
  • A genuine, collaborative approach and the ability to be yourself while working with a wide range of personalities
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and comfortably switch between different areas of work
