Perpetual Group is an ASX-listed company (ASX:PPT) headquartered in Sydney, Australia, currently consisting of 11 leading brands across three distinct businesses: Asset Management, Wealth Management and Corporate Trust. This role will initially sit in a shared service team but will focus on Perpetual Wealth Management documents, it is planned to move to join Perpetual Wealth Management business post Separation.
About the role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the role of Product Disclosure Manager to drive the delivery and to co-ordinate and manage the due diligence process for Perpetual’s regulated disclosure documents supporting our client product and service offerings, enabling our clients to make better investment decisions
End to end project management of our regulated disclosure documents including:
- Responsibility for leading and coordinating the project planning sessions and the due diligence process
- Coordinating and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
- Responsible for the efficient and effective management and updates in the document management (Objective Keystone) system
- Ensuring an excellent delivery focus and a strong customer service orientation
- Staying on top of legislation and regulatory changes to ensure our documentation meets requirements whilst remaining clear, concise and client friendly
- Ensure documentation is consistent with our Product Governance Framework requirements
About you
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience across product management, project management, disclosure and legal functions
- RG146 qualification desired but not essential
- Previous Objective Keystone software experience desired but not essential
- Previous financial services’ regulated disclosure document experience
- Ability to influence other members of the business to obtain desired outcomes
- An ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Time management skills in an agile business
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Previous product management experience not essential but desirable
