Why this is an exciting opportunity


As our Product Enablement Manager, you’ll play a key role in making the product function run smoothly, with clear visibility and strong alignment across the business.
You’ll own how product work is tracked, communicated, and delivered – ensuring the right information reaches the right people at the right time. This allows Product Managers to stay focused on solving customer problems, while giving leadership and the broader business a clear view of roadmap progress, timelines, and impact.
Sitting at the intersection of Product, Technology and the wider business, you’ll provide trusted visibility across the product lifecycle, support operational readiness, and help ensure new capabilities land effectively.
This role is all about creating clarity, improving ways of working, and enabling the product organisation to scale.

What you’ll be doing


Product reporting & visibility

  • Translate product activity into clear, meaningful updates for leadership and the business
  • Coordinate roadmap reporting, status updates and key product metrics
  • Provide clear visibility of progress, risks, dependencies and trade‑offs
  • Maintain lifecycle views across ideation, discovery, delivery and release
  • Create a consistent rhythm for product communications and updates

Business alignment & communication

  • Ensure the wider business understands what’s coming, when, and the level of confidence
  • Proactively communicate changes to scope, timing or priorities
  • Highlight downstream impacts across Sales, Support, Marketing, Operations and Finance
  • Enable teams to plan effectively using clear product signals

Tooling & systems

  • Own and optimise the product tool stack (e.g. Productboard, Pendo, Confluence)
  • Ensure product data, reporting and insights are accurate and accessible
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce duplication and automate where possible
  • Balance consistency across teams with flexibility as the function scales

Ways of working & cross-team alignment

  • Partner with Product and broader business stakeholders to align on ways of working
  • Drive consistency in lifecycle definitions, reporting and operational practices
  • Establish forums, cadences and artefacts to improve visibility and collaboration
  • Identify and remove operational friction across teams

Operational readiness & delivery

  • Support end‑to‑end readiness for product launches
  • Ensure Sales, Support and Marketing are equipped ahead of releases
  • Surface and manage risks early to ensure smooth delivery to customers
  • Set clear readiness expectations and checkpoints

Continuous improvement

  • Build and maintain the Product Playbook and standards
  • Review outcomes post‑launch and feed insights back into planning
  • Continuously improve processes, tools and ways of working as the organisation grows

What you bring

Experience & Skills


  • Experience in financial services, accounting, or wealth management environments

  • 5+ years’ experience in a software / B2B SaaS environment, with exposure to senior or leadership-level responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of product management principles and the product lifecycle (discovery through to delivery)

  • Familiarity with modern product practices and ways of working

  • Proven ability to synthesise complex information into clear, actionable insights for leadership and the business

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycles, operational readiness and go‑to‑market processes in cross‑functional environments

  • Hands-on experience with product and delivery tools (e.g. Productboard, Pendo, Jira, Confluence or similar)

  • Ability to work with data confidently – building dashboards, extracting insights, and supporting decision-making

  • Pragmatic, systems thinker with a focus on clarity, outcomes and continuous improvement

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including executive
