  • Ensure product data, reporting and insights are accurate and accessible
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce duplication and automate where possible
  • Balance consistency across teams with flexibility as the function scales

Ways of working & cross-team alignment

  • Partner with Product and broader business stakeholders to align on ways of working
  • Drive consistency in lifecycle definitions, reporting and operational practices
  • Establish forums, cadences and artefacts to improve visibility and collaboration
  • Identify and remove operational friction across teams

Operational readiness & delivery

  • Support end‑to‑end readiness for product launches
  • Ensure Sales, Support and Marketing are equipped ahead of releases
  • Surface and manage risks early to ensure smooth delivery to customers
  • Set clear readiness expectations and checkpoints

Continuous improvement

  • Build and maintain the Product Playbook and standards
  • Review outcomes post‑launch and feed insights back into planning
  • Continuously improve processes, tools and ways of working as the organisation grows

Requirements:

  • Experience in financial services, accounting, or wealth management environments

  • 5+ years’ experience in a software / B2B SaaS environment, with exposure to senior or leadership-level responsibilities

  • Proven ability to synthesise complex information into clear, actionable insights for leadership and the business

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycles, operational readiness and go‑to‑market processes in cross‑functional environments

  • Hands-on experience with product and delivery tools (e.g. Productboard, Pendo, Jira, Confluence or similar)
