Position Summary/Objectives of Incumbent:

The purpose of this position is to support the Integrated Systems portfolio. This role will include product management of existing portfolio, namely pricing management, stock management, future inventory management, product marketing and channel/sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and provide feedback to help update price book and inventory IT Systems products.
  • Drive NPI activities for ANZ by working with product management and R&D. Provide support to the respective product manager to ensure new products will be released with all required collateral, training. Involving all aspects of the business from sales and service.
  • Support and train internal and external stakeholder’s sales tools including product presentation, competitive analysis, technical documents, configurators, case study, and tender specification.
  • Work closely with enterprise sales and channel sales to build funnels and help close those projects
  • Feedback to product management about market requirements, customer feedbacks, and competition information.
  • Provide product enablement to sales and partners so they are fully aware of product portfolio, changes and upcoming products, messaging and how and when to position each solution to customers
  • Align with company strategies and develop programs to deliver on these requirements
