Provides pre-sales engineering support for Vertiv power infrastructure solutions across Australia and New Zealand. Reviews RFQs, electrical specifications, wiring schematics, and floorplans; prepares quotations, compliance statements, single-line drawings, bills of materials, costing schedules, and profitability analyses. Supports third-party sourcing, order entry, product delivery, non-established product design, training, presentations, and continuous improvement of pre-sales processes.

Provides end-to-end project management for Vertiv projects, including site inspections, planning, procurement coordination, installation and commissioning oversight, stakeholder communication, budgeting, margin control, payment claims, revenue recognition, reporting, issue resolution, and post-project evaluation. Ensures projects meet customer, schedule, financial, quality, environmental, and workplace safety objectives while coordinating contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.

Generate sales of Vertiv power and thermal solutions to end users, contractors, and channel partners. Manage proposals, quotes, tenders, orders, sales pipelines, forecasts, and revenue targets from qualification through closure. Provide basic technical product guidance, collaborate with engineering and internal teams, build customer relationships, monitor market and competitor activity, and report on performance. The role requires electrical or mechanical product knowledge, negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, and permanent Australian work rights.

Supports HR processes and employee experience across ANZ. Advises employees and leaders on employee relations, performance, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, recruitment coordination, payroll changes, HRIS updates, benefits, documentation, and reporting. Coaches managers, maintains employee records, coordinates pre-employment medicals and benefits programs, and contributes to HR process improvements while ensuring workplace health, safety, environment, and quality compliance.

Provide pre-sales technical support for Vertiv UPS and battery systems across ANZ: review RFQs, produce quotations and BOMs, source third-party quotes, reconcile POs, perform profitability analysis, manage product delivery/design, deliver training and presentations, and support continuous improvement while ensuring WHS and quality compliance.

Manage and grow strategic accounts across ANZ by developing vertical strategies, achieving sales targets, creating account plans, collaborating with internal stakeholders, delivering presentations and negotiations, forecasting and reporting opportunities, and improving product, technical support and service delivery.

Provide local technical support and design input for data centre thermal solutions, support sales with product guidance, prepare BOMs/quotes, maintain industry relationships, and ensure timely, compliant delivery of technical documentation and demonstrations.

Provide local technical support and design input for data centre projects, support sales with technical proposals and BOMs, maintain relationships with consultants/contractors/end users, deliver customer presentations and pre-planned demonstrations, and undertake product training as directed.

Assemble, configure, and test AC/DC power systems; supervise internal testing; analyse results and produce test reports; support engineering on defect resolution; lead production planning and ensure EHS, quality, and documentation compliance.
