Provide post-sales engineering leadership and technical authority for mission-critical power projects across Australia and New Zealand. Manage documentation handovers, conduct technical/ICA reviews, re-estimate engineering costs, lead technical submittals, oversee as-built drawings, prepare procurement scopes, manage scope changes, and drive continuous improvement. Liaise with sales, project, procurement, service teams and external vendors. Ensure WHS, environmental and quality compliance through project delivery to commissioning and hand-over.

Provide senior technical leadership for design of mission-critical power and thermal infrastructure across multiple projects. Own design strategy, governance, risk management, and technical handover; lead reviews, workshops and stakeholder interfaces; ensure compliance with standards, manage engineering risks, and support procurement, commissioning and delivery to meet client, commercial and operational requirements.

Assemble, configure, and test AC/DC power systems; supervise internal testing; analyse results and produce test reports; support engineering on defect resolution; lead production planning and ensure EHS, quality, and documentation compliance.

Lead development and execution of the ANZ Go-to-Market strategy, drive organic and inorganic growth initiatives, manage partnership strategy end-to-end, perform market and competitive analysis, present findings to senior leadership, run business reviews, and track strategic initiative progress while collaborating across regional and global teams.

Own assigned service accounts to maximize customer value and recurring revenue. Drive renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensure service delivery meets SLAs, monitor system performance, present data-driven insights, coordinate field and technical teams, and support lifecycle planning for critical power and cooling infrastructure.

Lead and manage the pre-sales bid process, collaborate with sales, product and technical teams to develop commercially viable proposals, conduct cost/benefit and margin analysis, prepare presentations and negotiations, ensure timely bid submissions, manage project execution and handover, report on KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and recruit, coach and manage the PSA team while ensuring WHS and quality compliance.

Provide pre-sales technical solutions support for ANZ critical infrastructure using Vertiv power products. Prepare quotations, BOMs, source third-party quotes, reconcile purchase orders, perform profitability analysis, manage product delivery and design, develop DCP power solutions, produce technical documentation, assist solution architects, and deliver product training and stakeholder technical explanations.

Manage the Rack UPS product portfolio for ANZ: pricing, inventory, NPI coordination, product marketing, and sales/channel enablement. Create collateral and training, support sales tools and configurators, collect market feedback, and align programs with company strategy while maintaining WHS and quality obligations.

Manage and grow strategic accounts across ANZ by developing vertical strategies, achieving sales targets, creating account plans, collaborating with internal stakeholders, delivering presentations and negotiations, forecasting and reporting opportunities, and improving product, technical support and service delivery.

Provide pre-sales technical support for Vertiv UPS and battery systems across ANZ: review RFQs, produce quotations and BOMs, source third-party quotes, reconcile POs, perform profitability analysis, manage product delivery/design, deliver training and presentations, and support continuous improvement while ensuring WHS and quality compliance.
