- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new monetisation opportunities and drive innovation.
- Proactively identify and validate opportunities for optimising existing revenue streams and developing new commercial models.
- Influence and negotiate priorities across cross-functional teams to balance strategic objectives and execution needs.
- Own and maintain the program-level monetisation roadmap, ensuring seamless alignment with squad-level execution.
- Collaborate with Tech & Design Leads and squads to translate monetisation strategies into scalable, high-impact solutions.
- Partner with finance and data teams to track performance, measure impact, and refine monetisation models based on insights.
About You

- Commercial acumen, with the ability to develop, test, and scale monetisation models and productised offerings.
- Experience working with advertisers, partners, or financial stakeholders to scale revenue opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing executive teams and cross-functional leaders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into high-impact product opportunities.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with expertise in data-driven decision-making, revenue modelling, and performance optimisation.
- Expert storyteller and communicator, able to influence at all levels of the organisation and drive alignment across teams.
- Organisational and project management skills, ensuring seamless execution of monetisation initiatives.
