About the team


The Pricing & Packaging Product team is one of the core areas for Xero. We partner with multiple teams across Xero and help monetise new products, new markets and create beautiful buying experiences for our customers and internal partners. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Product Manager to join our team and bring some of our key pricing and packaging initiatives to life.

What you'll bring:

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • A proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into impactful solutions.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making abilities and experience with A/B testing or similar methodologies.
  • The ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams in parallel, across multiple timezones. 
  • The ability to build effective relationships and influence across all levels of the business leveraging excellent stakeholder management, open communication style and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

As a Product Manager, you will be doing the following:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to define and execute product initiatives.
  • Develop and execute strategies: Build and own the roadmap for one of the capability areas of our domain - including improvements and innovations.
  • Focus on customers: Engage with customers and stakeholders to deeply understand their needs and ensure our solutions meet and exceed their expectations.
  • Test and learn: Implement experiments and leverage data insights to continuously refine and optimize pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Drive results: Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Communicate effectively: Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable plans.
