We are seeking a commercially driven and experienced Product Manager to join our Advanced Wound Care (AWC) team. This is a pivotal role responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple customer channels including acute care, community, pharmacy, and

wholesalers.

You’ll be accountable for the performance of a key product portfolio in our AWC
business, owning everything from market analysis and campaign development to sales enablement and cross-functional collaboration. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys owning projects end-to-end, and brings a balance of strategic thinking and operational excellence.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and execute marketing plans that align with business strategy, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead product lifecycle management including launch readiness, campaign execution, messaging, and positioning.
  • Drive tailored strategies across multiple segments including hospital, community.
  • Lead marketing programs and sell-through initiatives with key wholesalers and distribution partners.
  • Create compelling sales tools and training assets to drive engagement, education, and confidence in the field force.
  • Partner with the medical affairs and education teams to support HCP engagement and clinical training.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, working closely with agencies and cross-functional partners.
  • Ensure marketing materials (print and digital) are current, compliant, and effectively distributed across channels
  • Partner with sales, finance, supply chain, regulatory, and medical to drive brand execution and business performance.

What will you need to be successful?

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, communication, life sciences or similar is desirable.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in product or brand management, ideally within healthcare, medical devices (Wound care).
  • Proven track record of owning a brand or product portfolio with measurable
    commercial results.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
