What you will be doing:

In this Product Management role, you will be responsible for building and launching new products for the rapidly evolving fintech industry. You will benefit from our substantial investment in research and development as you work towards advancing the way the world pays, banks, and invests. Your duties will include managing the life-cycle planning activities for the delivery of new products and ensuring that any changes in market and business priorities are reflected. As a member of the Global Product Management team for the Modern Core Banking platform, your focus will be on expanding into international markets for Tax and Regulatory purposes.

As part of this role, you may be responsible for product enhancements related to International Components and Country compliance. The International Product Manager provides thought leadership and roadmap updates to Implementation teams, Sales teams, and third-party vendors for international markets.

  • Defining a product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the product vision
  • Gathering, managing, and prioritizing market/customer requirements
  • Act as a customer advocate by articulating their needs and business requirements
  • Working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to meet business requirements and customer commitments.
  • Demonstrate functional and technical product knowledge in various forums
  • Assist Product Owners, Engineering leadership, and Implementation teams with prioritizing and executing the feature backlog.
  • Managing key vendor relationships, collaborating with senior management, and completing business scope documents.
  • Providing support and enablement to key functions in the operational value stream to ensure the full value of every release is realized.

What you bring:

  • 7-10 years’ experience in Product Management/Owner roles with a focus on delivering complex projects
  • Sound knowledge within core banking, in particular Deposits, Integration, Reporting products
  • Solid experience in global banking markets
  • General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence.
  • Understanding of Agile methodology
  • A bachelor’s in business or marketing or the equivalent experience.
