Lead downstream marketing for iTero in Thailand, owning strategy, execution, budgeting, GP channel enablement, KOL and events management, promotions, insights, and sales enablement across planning to post-launch.
The Product Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of downstream marketing initiatives for Thailand. The role serves as the product lead for iTero, with full responsibility for the strategic planning, development, implementation, and budget management of all professional marketing activities for the General Practitioner (GP) channel.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, a fast learner, and comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving problems, collaborating effectively, and taking full ownership and accountability.
The candidate should demonstrate strong business acumen, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence, prioritize, and drive measurable business impact in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role covering end-to-end responsibilities from planning to execution.
This position reports to the Associate Marketing Director for Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
As part of Thai marketing team, the Product Manager will:
1. Strategic & Marketing Leadership
· Lead downstream marketing strategy and execution for iTero and the GP channel.
· Align iTero initiatives with local leadership and reginal marketing teams.
· Develop annual and long-term plans under the Associate Marketing Director.
· Support new initiatives from planning to launch and post-launch review.
· Manage pricing, terms, and commercial programs.
2. Marketing Execution & Communication
· Drive internal and external communication for product and marketing initiatives.
· Localize and adapt global/regional collateral with legal and regulatory alignment.
· Develop customer communication for launches, software updates, and promotions.
· Manage digital and traditional communication, including EDMs and advertising.
· Ensure complete, compliant marketing content; manage translation needs.
3. GP Channel Enablement
· Equip sales teams and stakeholders with tools and materials across the product mix.
· Deliver product and professional education to build strong sales capabilities.
· Provide relevant sales support materials to maximize performance.
4. KOL, Events & Thought Leadership
· Develop and manage KOLs, advocates, and thought-leadership programs.
· Support clinical and professional events to elevate iTero and Invisalign visibility in GP channel.
· Coordinate event planning, logistics, and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
· Work with agencies to maintain brand consistency.
5. Promotions & Commercial Activities
· Develop quarterly and annual promotion plans and communication assets.
· Partner with regional and local teams to ensure clear promotion messaging.
· Track program effectiveness and business impact.
6. Insights, Operations & Budget
· Lead market intelligence (market trends, share, competitors, customer insights).
· Integrate customer feedback into commercial and product solutions.
· Manage A&P budgets for optimal ROI.
· Support audits and quality management requirements.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, engineering, technology, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
· 5+ years in product management or strategic marketing, ideally in medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or consumer goods.
· Strong background in professional (HCP facing) marketing.
· Experience in global, matrix, or fast-paced environments; startup or change-management experience is a plus.
Technical Skills
· Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions using data.
· Proficient in SFDC, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is preferred.
· Proven project management capability and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
· Experience managing agencies and understanding financial drivers for business decisions.
