About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Product and Applications, the Product Manager - Microsoft 365 is responsible for strategic ownership of the Microsoft 365 platform across BDO Australia.
This role is accountable for product vision, governance, and the continuous evolution of Microsoft 365 to enable secure collaboration, effective knowledge management, and high‑quality service delivery outcomes at enterprise scale.
 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading product vision, strategy, and enterprise roadmap for Microsoft 365, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and digital workplace outcomes

  • Driving adoption and performance of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, overseeing productivity, user experience and risk management

  • Fostering strong collaboration between product, delivery, and operational teams to maximise platform value

  • Establishing and maintaining enterprise-wide governance models for collaboration, information management, and data protection

  • Leading adoption and change strategies that drive consistent, secure, and effective use of Microsoft 365 across the organisation.

About You

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • A proven track record in a senior product management role, with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 services, enterprise collaboration platforms, and digital workplace capabilities

  • Strong capability to analyse and translate complex business, technical, and platform challenges into clear product strategies and effective solutions

  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes across complex, cross‑functional stakeholder groups

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline. Certifications in Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, Security, Agile, or Product Management are desirable.
