Our platform is intuitive, data-driven, and built for the way people work today: globally, remotely, and collaboratively. Fast-growing companies around the world rely on Bob to create exceptional employee experiences.
As part of HiBob's Core HR Planning product group, you'll help shape the foundational experiences that enable companies to plan, organize, and manage their workforce at scale. You'll contribute to building connected, data-driven solutions that support better planning and decision-making across the business.
About this role
We're looking for a passionate and impact-driven Product Manager to join HiBob's Core HR Planning group and lead our Workforce Planning module. This role will be central to shaping how organizations plan their workforce, manage positions and headcount, align people plans with business priorities, and make better decisions through clear, reliable data.
As the Product Manager for Workforce Planning, you'll lead high-impact initiatives that connect across HiBob's platform and empower HR leaders, finance teams, workforce planners, and managers to collaborate more effectively. You'll own the product strategy, delivery, adoption, and measurable business outcomes, helping customers build scalable, transparent, and efficient workforce planning processes.

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of owning and delivering product roadmaps in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to define KPIs, connect features to business impact, and drive prioritization decisions based on data and user feedback.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills - able to align across R&D, Design, Product Marketing, and GTM teams.
  • Proven ability to lead execution, resolve ambiguity, and deliver impactful outcomes in complex and fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with a talent for clearly articulating product decisions and value to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive and customer-obsessed mindset, with hands-on experience conducting user research and analyzing behavioral data.
  • Experience working in HRTech, FinTech, or data-intensive products is a strong advantage.
  • Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English - required.

Job Responsibilities
What you will do :
  • Define and execute the Workforce Planning roadmap, addressing evolving customer needs across global markets and supporting HiBob's strategic HR vision.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and research through design, development, launch, and iteration.
  • Deeply understand workforce planning processes, user needs, market trends, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and feature prioritization.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including R&D, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Security, to deliver high-quality, impactful experiences.
  • Use data to continuously monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and improve product adoption, customer value, and retention.
  • Collaborate with product leaders across domains to shape connected, multi-domain initiatives and strengthen Workforce Planning's role within HiBob's Core HR Planning offering.
