Job Summary

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with engineering and the senior leadership team to deliver on our mission. You will work with the Product leadership team to define a product strategy with your cross-functional counterparts to deliver on goals. The Product Manager will align the product vision, gather and prioritise customer requirements, create detailed product roadmaps, and ensure successful product delivery. They will also analyse market trends and competition to inform product development strategies and ensure the product's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to achieve and fulfil business objectives
  • Continually monitor and optimise the performance of Hapana products.
  • Collaborate with engineering and Snr VP Product to ensure that the product scales effectively, handles performance issues, and meets the demands of users.
  • Complete business scope documents and define user personas for individual products.
  • Advocate for impactful changes and future strategies to help achieve our goals.
  • Balance short-term progress with long-term objectives.
  • Establish strong relationships with Customer Success, Engineering, Product, and the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Determine users' needs, create technical documentation, and organise supporting content for products.
  • Study product samples and collaborate with product designers and developers.
  • Act as the escalation point for client issues requiring product change resolution (excluding standard problem escalation process).
  • Interact with key suppliers and partners.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in product management within consumer web or SaaS products.
  • Proven API/Integration experience.
  • Comfortable in reading API documentation and diving into technical details.
  • Has hands-on experience building integrations.
  • Experience in developing products using quantitative data.
  • Currently operates in an Agile environment, delivering incremental value.
  • A proven track record of advocating for and supporting the team.
  • Experience in designing aesthetically pleasing products
  • Experience collaborating with various functions in an organisation, including engineering, customer success, and UX
  • Strong desire to tackle new challenges and positively impact users' lives.
  • Experience in the fitness industry is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a technical field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • Product Owner certification from Scrum.org, ScrumAlliance.org, or PragmaticMarketing.com.
