We offer market-leading products and services, supported by some of the world’s best systems and processes. Within RBS, the Consumer Finance Domain is responsible for end-to-end P&L management, product design, credit risk, acquisition & portfolio management and customer experience for Credit Cards and Personal Loans.

  • Pricing: Review and enhance our pricing structure to balance customer and commercial outcomes

  • Delivery:  Deliver products and features to market
  • Risk & Compliance:  Ensure that any aspect of the delivery and ongoing operation of the product complies with all risk and regulatory requirements
  • Market Trends: Continued monitoring of domestic and global trends to spot market opportunities

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • The ability to think analytically and use data and insights to develop strategies, make decisions and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of credit card products and their economics
  • End to end product experience, including delivery
  • Experience of working with card partners and schemes (preferred)
  • Experience in delivering strong outcomes in an Agile environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • A risk mindset – all CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss, and act on current and future risks.
