Come and join our team of best-in-class Product Managers bringing to life state of the art technical solutions to COO by supporting the Customer Risk and Compliance Crew in the Financial Crime Domain. 

Customer Risk and Compliance Crew (CRC) manages the Group's progressive compliance to Financial Crime and Foreign tax regulatory expectations. The FATCA CRS product team plays a pivotal part in ensuring complex regulatory requirements are adhered to whilst improving customer experience outcomes.

As a Product Manager, your role is to develop compelling and sustainable customer propositions and manage the product lifecycle through a deep understanding of customer outcomes and needs and connecting them to business objectives. 

 

As part of the PACE model, your day-to-day priorities will be shaped by the Product Owner, while your professional development—including coaching, training, and regular 1:1s—will be supported by the Chapter Lead. You’ll be responsible for identifying, analysing, interpreting, and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements to help deliver impactful, customer-focused solutions. 

 

We’re interested in hearing from people who have experience: 

  • Working as a Product Manager or in a Business Analyst type role, experience and understanding of BDD and TDD techniques  

  • Ability to prioritise business outcomes and translate business needs into technology requirements working collaboratively with engineering teams 

  • Strong influencing skills including ability to facilitate workshops , drive requirements from inception to execution, and manage stakeholder expectations.  

  • Developing requirements into epics, features, user stories and dependencies in collaboration with the squads that aligns with business requirements. 

  • Experience in working on multiple squads of work/projects (including multi-year) simultaneously 

  • Strong understanding and application of agile methodologies in delivering technical solutions 

You will bring expertise in:

  • Define and refine customer propositions using Voice of Customer (VoC), market research, and industry analysis. 

  • Drive continuous discovery and interviewing practices to maintain strong connection to customer 

  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and optimisation, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals. 

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory obligations and manage operational risk, issues, and incidents. 

  • Collaborate & build strong relationships with Product Owners, Crew Leads, Chapter Leads, and other stakeholders to deliver outcomes. 

  • Provide support and participate in testing activities including unit testing, BA testing, system testing and Business Verification Testing ensuring adequate project coverage 

  • Facilitate workshops, questioning with confidence, seeking genuine understanding and providing constructive challenges to discover improved approaches.
