Be part of something.

Global logistics is one of the most complex operational industries in the world — and most of it still runs on email threads, spreadsheets, and legacy systems.

Yojee is modernising this by building a connected, intelligent ecosystem for companies that move freight through the global supply chain. However powerful technology only becomes valuable when customers understand how to use it in the context of real freight workflows

That’s where you come in.

About the Role

We are seeking a technically minded Product Manager who can translate customer and business problems into clear, high-quality product requirements for engineering teams.

This is a hands-on delivery role, focused on writing epics and user stories, validating requirements, and ensuring engineers have clarity and alignment to build the right solution.

What you’ll do

  • Translate business and customer needs into clear problem statements and delivery outcomes.
  • Own and prioritise the backlog for your product domain.
  • Break down complex initiatives into well-scoped, delivery-ready work.
  • Write clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Validate user flows, logic, data needs, and edge cases before development.
  • Ensure requirements are concise, feasible, and aligned to platform standards.
  • Work closely with engineers and designers to ensure shared understanding of scope and intent.
  • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery ceremonies.
  • Provide timely clarification and decisions during development.
  • Communicate requirements and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure features meet functional, technical, and usability expectations.
  • Support validation and iteration based on feedback and outcomes.

What you’ll bring (must-haves)

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar delivery-focused product role in a software environment.
  • Strong track record of writing clear, detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to think through workflows, data, edge cases, dependencies, and non-happy paths.
  • Experience working closely with engineers in Agile / Scrum or similar delivery environments.
  • Comfortable engaging in technical discussions and asking the right questions, even if you are not hands-on coding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical contexts.
  • Pragmatic, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on getting high-quality work shipped.

Nice to have

  • Background or exposure to software engineering, business analysis, or technical product ownership.
  • Experience working on B2B platforms, SaaS products, or complex workflows.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data models, integrations, or platform-based architectures.
  • Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguity-rich environments where requirements evolve through delivery.

🌱 Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • You’ll directly help modernise a massive, outdated industry
  • You’ll work with people who love logistics AND technology
  • You’ll be part of a friendly, tight-knit APAC team
  • You’ll see your customers succeed because of your work
  • Your freight knowledge becomes your superpower here
  • You’ll shape customer experiences across multiple Yojee products
  • Our values are simple and human: Be a good person | Do better today than yesterday | Find the joy in what you do.
