About the job 🚀

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with all stakeholders of the product including clients, software engineers, support team and sales and marketing to help PropertyMe's customers become more successful. As the product 'owner' you will understand the key drivers for the product and have responsibility for the success of the product in the marketplace. By ensuring that customers' needs (small, medium, and large) are clearly understood you will manage the process of translating those needs into new product releases as part of PropertyMe’s Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

What will you be doing 🏢

• Specify market requirements for current and future features by conducting market research supported by ongoing conversations with customers and non-customers
• Co-ordinate requirements gathering from internal and external resources  
• Co-ordinate product and engineering resources within the team 
• Writing/re-writing of feature specifications and tasks for Engineering
• Guide the prioritisation of development work including new functionality, minor enhancements, bug fixes and design changes  
• Communicate internally and externally about items planned, in progress and completed 
• Manage the product release process including user acceptance and beta testing  
• Work with marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, messaging, key benefits, target customers  
• Liaise with third-party providers regarding integrations with their products and services 
• Manage the product suggestion process 
• Perform product demonstrations (internal and external) 
• Establish and maintain external relationships (customers, market influencers, software  vendors) to enhance the product and related services 

Skills we'd love you to have 

• 3+ years’ experience in a software development Product Management capacity or similar
• Significant experience in working with a high volume B2B and B2C web application in a related or similar field
• Experience in scoping and planning large customer-facing projects, identifying customer needs and implementing solutions to those needs  
• Experience in, or exposure to, working in an Agile/SCRUM development environment  
• A proven record of leading and managing projects and resources
