As our newest Product Manager, you will collaborate with an exceptional global team of engineers, designers, and stakeholders to craft and build the roadmap for Secure Code Warrior's Learning Platform.

In this role, you'll tackle complex problems and challenges facing our customers, creating solutions that drive meaningful product results with the potential to impact millions of developers worldwide.

Secure Code Warrior is rapidly transitioning from startup to scaleup while maintaining our entrepreneurial spirit. We are a distributed, diverse team of engineers driven to explore, experiment, and embrace new technologies. We build quickly, deploy often, and our work significantly impacts how customers adopt preventative secure coding approaches that enable teams to ship quality software with confidence.

We're seeking a Product Manager with a strong background who can tackle challenging problems, implement lasting solutions, and share our values and vision.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive frequent, consistent, and incremental improvements measured through enhanced user satisfaction and business metrics
  • Establish relationships and collaborate with executive leadership, sales, marketing, and customer success teams globally to deliver customer value and business efficiencies
  • Balance and manage a cross-section of our platform—from ideation and new product development to maintenance and retirement—while unifying the user experience and driving inclusive, accessible solutions
  • Lead your team through discovery and testing phases to understand needs, uncover new features, and contribute effectively to our overall customer experience
  • Research, evaluate, and synthesize client needs into coherent product plans and roadmaps, championing their implementation
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively to collaborate, create, and communicate strategies and plans while monitoring and reporting on key product metrics

We’d be delighted to hire someone who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent hands-on technical experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of launching multiple digital products
  • Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies and industries
  • Strategic and creative thinking abilities, with a demonstrated focus on building products and services that customers love
  • Self-motivation, self-discipline, independent initiative, and creative problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail and technical intuition, with the ability to set and manage expectations at the executive level
  • Excellent leadership skills combined with superior interpersonal and communication abilities, making you an effective collaborator across all levels of cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and LLMs to enhance and accelerate product management workflows
  • Deep familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Openness to working across multiple time zones in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
