What’s the role?

The Product Marketing Lead will develop and execute a product-led strategy to accelerate B2B2C growth, driving customer growth and generation across our network of 1,300 brokers and over 220 stores through product-led activity, unlocking referrals, and through-the-line marketing.

This role is designed for a marketing leader who excels in creating strategies that amplify growth and engagement at the local level, leveraging products, campaigns and assets for scale. 

By focusing on the unique needs of our stores and brokers, you will develop targeted marketing plans that drive customer acquisition and retention, enhance brand visibility, and foster strong relationships within the communities we serve. 

Job Description

Product-led growth for broker businesses

  • Architect and implement a product-led strategy to drive B2B2C growth. 
  • Drive strategic growth of broker businesses, by understanding and activating drivers of growth including referrals and engagement practices. 
  • Partner with the Senior Growth Product Manager to design and enhance tools that can support brokers in growing their customer base and develop innovative campaigns and a calendar of activity to maximise adoption. 
  • Lead and implement an integrated broker customer generation strategy that considers brand activation, local events and activation, integration of social, and use of our products to scale referrals. 

Integrated through the line campaigns

  • Partner with the Head of Customer Growth on overall brand campaigns and how to bring these to life in local formats.
  • Scale broker customer generation through new approaches such as large-scale activations, co-funding events contributed to with franchisees and digital tools like driving adoption of our products and use of referral tools.
  • Drive creative and innovative marketing campaigns that propel growth and enhance brand visibility. 

Manage and scale operational team overseeing broker requests

  • Drive high service quality for requests for broker marketing, partnering with brokers and stores to understand their objectives and bring them to life in a scalable way.
  • Scale services and support through rhythms, webinars, train the trainer sessions with sales leaders to maximise value and business impact
  • Measure and drive contribution to SG business.

Scaled co-funding opportunities with brokers

  • Lead the exploration of large-scale deals to secure inventory of assets such as OOH that can be offered to stores and brokers at discounted prices.
  • Partner with channel owners across growth to amplify activities to drive SG including PR and organic.
  • Drive strategic event planning and execution, engaging and unifying local stores or brokers through targeted events. 

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in marketing with a proven track record of supporting sales teams, brokers, or franchisees in achieving customer growth. 
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience driving product-led growth
  • Strong understanding of local area marketing tactics, including event management, digital marketing, and direct mail campaigns. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with a diverse range of partners and stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies. 
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges. 
  • Leadership experience, with a talent for motivating teams and driving collaborative projects to completion. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional marketing certifications are a plus
