About the role

As the Campaign Marketing Manager – Independent Schools, you’ll design and execute marketing initiatives that drive lead generation, customer engagement, brand awareness, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities for Sentral’s customer base. You’ll focus on managing partnerships with industry bodies, overseeing the annual events calendar, and executing key sponsorships. Collaborating closely with the Senior Manager - Lead Generation, you’ll align marketing strategies with business goals to drive impactful results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  •  Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness for Sentral in Independent Schools;
  • Develop targeted Account Based Marketing strategies to engage key school accounts;
  • Optimise digital platforms to improve customer engagement and lead conversion;
  • Manage industry events and sponsorships to drive Sentral’s presence and visibility;
  • Provide campaign performance reports and pipeline forecasts to support B2B acquisition;
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials;
  • Conduct competitive research to inform campaign strategy and positioning;
  • Work with internal teams, agencies, and freelancers to create effective marketing assets.

About you

You are an experienced B2B marketing professional with a proven track record of driving pipeline generation through well-executed campaigns. You have experience in managing end-to-end campaigns, from concept development to ROI analysis. Ideally, you will have a background in the EdTech sector, SaaS, or ERP solutions.

You will bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline;
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, with a strong background in campaign management and lead generation;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess performance data and provide actionable insights;
  • Proven experience in leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business goals;
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
  • A passion for customer segmentation and understanding customer behaviour;
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms) and a willingness to enhance your skills in this area;
  • The ability to learn quickly and stay ahead of industry trends and marketing best practices.


Salary

The salary range for this role is $120, 000 - 130,000 + superannuation.   Part-time options available.

  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check  
  • Ability to obtain an Australian Federal Police Check
