We’re an Australian investment platform with a mission to provide a seamless and immersive experience that breaks barriers for ambitious investors. We serve a global customer base of 700,000+ investors, with more than A$5 billion in assets under administration.

At Stake, we break barriers in everything we do. Just like our customers, we’re driven by ambition. Though we’re spread around the world, we’re a unified team moving towards a shared vision: to unleash the investor in everyone. About this role

You'll be the driving force behind the marketing strategy for Stake Super—Australia’s most hassle-free SMSF service. You will have clear ownership and autonomy to develop always-on and go-to-market strategies for Stake Super, with the goal of increasing product awareness and consideration while working collaboratively with in-house Growth and Product specialists to increase customer acquisition.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that engage prospective customers, build qualified lead pools, and drive customer acquisition.
  • Lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Growth, Product, Design, Engineering, and Customer Support) to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless customer experiences.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including paid advertising, SEO, social media, and partnerships.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
  • Create educational content to simplify SMSF concepts and engage potential customers.

A bit about you

  • Experience in product marketing strategy, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or a high-growth environment.
  • Strong ability to turn customer insights and market research into strategic product positioning and messaging.
  • Skilled at developing compelling marketing materials (e.g., videos, blog posts, website copy, and email campaigns).
  • Proven track record of managing and optimising multi-channel campaigns to drive growth and engagement.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track campaign performance, extract insights, and report on impact.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.

At Stake, we value hustle over honours degrees, so we’re more interested in you than your resume. If you believe this is a role you want to jump into head first and be part of our mission, please apply and let us know why in your cover letter!
