ABOUT THE ROLE

At Sentral (part of Global Payments), we power the technology that helps schools operate smarter, from student data and administration to communication and engagement.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for our products and drive adoption, engagement and retention across our national customer base.

This is not a support marketing role. You will lead positioning, messaging and launches end-to-end.

You will:

  • Own and execute go-to-market strategy for new products and feature releases

  • Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging

  • Lead launch campaigns across email, in-app, webinars, sales enablement and digital channels

  • Drive customer adoption and engagement initiatives

  • Develop sales tools and enablement resources

  • Translate customer and market insights into commercially aligned strategy

  • Partner closely with Product, Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure cohesive product communications

Sentral is trusted by 2,000+ schools across Australia. Your work will directly influence how schools adopt and realise value from technology that supports better student and administrative outcomes.

SALARY

  • The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $150,000 + superannuation. 

ABOUT YOU

You’re a commercially minded Product Marketing Manager who knows how to turn product capability into compelling value and measurable growth.

You thrive in cross-functional environments, influence confidently, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

You bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Product Marketing (B2B SaaS preferred)

  • Experience marketing business software (EdTech highly regarded)

  • Strong experience leading product launches and adoption initiatives

  • The ability to translate features into differentiated value propositions

  • Hands-on experience across multiple channels (email, in-app, digital, webinars, content)

  • CRM and marketing automation experience (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)

  • Excellent written communication skills and high attention to detail

  • A data-led approach to understanding customers and shaping messaging

Nice to have:

  • Experience within education or school management software

  • Exposure to Agile environments

  • Experience with onboarding or process-driven platforms
