The Opportunity

We're looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join Findex's national Marketing team on a full-time, 12-month maximum-term contract, open to candidates located anywhere across Australia. This is a specialist role sitting at the intersection of brand, product and commercial strategy, where you will contribute to the end-to-end marketing motion for Findex's highest-priority product plays, from upstream positioning through to in-market activation. If you are a product marketer who thrives on turning product capability into compelling stories and want to sharpen your craft inside a major national firm, this is the role for you.

Your role, your contribution!

  • Support the product marketing strategy for Findex's prioritised product plays, contributing to audience definition, positioning, channel selection, content development and measurement from prioritisation through to activation

  • Help develop the value proposition, market positioning and client-facing narrative for prioritised products, translating product capability into stories that reinforce Findex's brand identity

  • Integrate your work into the firm's broader marketing plan across lifecycle, content, search, social, paid, events and communications, contributing to one unified engine, not a separate motion

  • Plan, build and ship go-to-market campaigns that drive demand, and produce content, asset narratives and sales enablement materials for high-value product campaigns

  • Arm Findex's distribution network with content packs, partner enablement kits and sector decks that convert demand into pipeline

  • Track and report product-line marketing performance against revenue, pipeline, adoption and cross-sell metrics, using data to sharpen positioning and support investment decisions

The benefits of joining us!

  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements, work from where you do your best thinking

  • Operate at the strategic centre of a major national firm, with meaningful influence over brand positioning and commercial outcomes

  • Access to Findex's national network of marketing, Go to Market, sales and product professionals

  • A genuinely AI-augmented operating environment, build and evolve your own toolset as part of the role

  • Inclusive, collaborative team culture with a high-trust, high-autonomy approach to contributors at every level

  • Meaningful community impact through the Findex Community Fund

What you will bring to the role:

  • Solid experience in product marketing, integrated marketing or Go to Market, with a demonstrable track record contributing to product launches and ongoing campaigns, experience in financial services or accounting is preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate product marketing into a broader marketing function, campaigns, content, lifecycle, search, communications and events, rather than running it as a stand-alone specialism

  • Some commercial accountability, including exposure to revenue or pipeline goals tied to a product line or portfolio

  • Hands-on capability to write, produce and ship product campaign content and sales enablement materials directly

  • Fluency with AI tools in a commercial product marketing setting, research, content, segmentation and campaign production, including an appetite to build and maintain automations

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; experience in financial services, professional services or a regulated industry is favourable
