About LEAP

LEAP is the leading provider of Legal Practice Management Solutions in the world and is part of ATI – one of the largest international LegalTech companies. For more than 30 years, our curiosity and commitment to continual improvement has kept us reimagining productivity tools for lawyers and their staff to support our guiding purpose, to ‘Help lawyers who help people’. The market-leading software we develop, and support is used by more than 71,000 lawyers and their staff in small and medium-sized law firms.

Working alongside our international team of passionate high achievers, you’ll join a fast-growing technology business where things seldom stay the same for long. With more than 1000 smart, caring and ambitious ‘LEAPsters’ working together across Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Poland and New Zealand, you’ll find yourself in good company here.

Meet the Marketing team

Our AU marketing team builds the demand, brand and pipeline behind LEAP's growth across Australia. We work in close partnership with sales, our Vertical Area of Law teams, and our global marketing function. We’re a small, ambitious team that ships real work and backs each other to do it well, at a point where there's more growth in front of us than hands to chase it. That's where you come in.

What you'll do

This is a hands-on role in a function we're still building. Vertical product marketing is new at LEAP AU, and you'll help bring it to life across six areas of law. A big part of the job is taking new releases to market: as each vertical ships apps and features, you'll run the go-to-market that gets them in front of the right practitioners. Around that, you'll help shape vertical positioning and support the content, events and social that build LEAP's voice and presence.

You'll work closely with the AU Marketing Lead, our area of law teams and the practising lawyers who lead each vertical. Your content will live on our website, a headless CMS built on Storyblok, and reach practitioners through our Salesforce campaigns. Because the function is new, you'll have a real say in how vertical launches, content, events and social come together.

To make this happen, you will:

  • Work with each area of law team to understand what has been built, what is in progress and what is coming, and help turn it into clear vertical positioning and messaging.
  • Get to know the ICP for each area of law, by practice type, by buyer and by the job each one is hiring LEAP to do, and help shape messaging that reflects how practitioners in that field actually think.
  • Run the go-to-market as each area of law releases new apps and features: the launch plan, the messaging, the content and the coordination across the team that makes a release land rather than quietly ship.
  • Help create content for each area of law: blog posts, practice guides, case notes, campaign assets and thought leadership, including explainers that make LEAP's AI suite make sense for that kind of work.
  • Work with our vertical leads, each a practising lawyer, to produce credible, expert content that holds up with a specialist audience.
  • Help plan and run vertical events, webinars and CPD sessions, and support LEAP's presence at industry conferences and speaking opportunities, from the angle and the content through to follow-up.
  • Support LEAP's social activity for each vertical, turning launches, content and events into posts that reach the right practitioners.
  • Help build LEAP's reputation within each area of law, keeping the vertical voice consistent across content, events, social and campaigns.
  • Put together the vertical materials sales needs to tell the story well, such as one-pagers, explainers and case studies.
  • Stay close to practitioners and the market so your launches, content and positioning reflect what's actually happening in each field.
  • Keep an eye on what's working - how launches land, content engagement, event attendance, social reach, awareness and product adoption across the verticals - and do more of what lands.
  • Use AI in your own workflow, for research, drafting and content production, with the judgement to know when its output is good enough and when it isn't.

What you'll bring

  • Three to five years in product marketing, content marketing or a related role at a B2B tech or SaaS company.
  • Experience taking products or features to market: launch planning, messaging, and pulling the moving parts together.
  • Experience developing positioning and messaging, and producing content that resonates with a specific professional audience.
  • Experience creating content across formats, and supporting events, webinars or social channels.
  • Strong writing skills, and the ability to learn a market quickly and write in its language. You understand that a solicitor reads differently to a generic business buyer.

Why join LEAP?

  • Your work matters. Helping lawyers help people sits at the heart of everything we do. We solve real world problems that improve and support local, everyday law firms. So they can do their best work for the people in the communities they serve.

  • Work with a group of authentic, passionate people who love what they do.
  • Flexible and hybrid working. We'd like to find this person in Sydney, but we want you to work in a way that suits you and we're open to flexible arrangements that support you.

There are opportunities galore to expand your career based on where your interests lie. We're not afraid to pivot based on market conditions - you will always have the opportunity to stay ahead of the curve and do your best work here.
  • Have fun with us. Celebrations. Socials. Sports teams. Access to sailing and yacht events.
  • We value your well-being - enjoy an additional paid wellbeing day every year, free gym membership, corporate dental plan and weekly massages in the office.
  • Work in a new, beautiful office space – with a catered lunch and breakfast every week, fully stocked kitchen and an on-site barista.
