  • Make informed trade-off decisions on product capabilities and priorities
  • Evaluate product hypotheses using data-driven approaches (e.g., A/B testing where applicable)
  • Generate insights from product data to support continuous improvement

Go-to-Market & Product Lifecycle

  • Support go-to-market strategies by aligning timelines, requirements, and stakeholder expectations
  • Collaborate with local sales and marketing teams on launch planning and product positioning
  • Provide guidance on product functionality, pricing, and value proposition
  • Support training initiatives and create materials for product rollouts and customer engagement

Product Development & Delivery

  • Collaborate with global product teams to identify features suitable for local adoption and support a coordinated regional product development strategy
  • Define and deliver product features that solve customer problems and meet business objectives
  • Participate in product discovery and innovation processes
  • Manage components of the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery
  • Work within Agile or other SDLC frameworks to ensure effective execution

Strategy & Commercial Acumen

  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development for your feature area
  • Analyse competitive landscape to inform product direction
  • Support business case development and product planning
  • Understand cost structures and revenue implications of product decisions

Technical Collaboration

  • Partner with engineering teams to define technical approaches
  • Utilise tools such as Azure DevOps, Excel, Tableau, SQL, or similar technologies to support analysis
  • Maintain understanding of data architecture, systems, and best practices

Requirements

  • Approximately 4–6 years of product management or related experience
  • Proven experience owning and delivering product features or enhancements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience working in cross-functional, Agile environments
